Abstract:

课程思政指把“立德树人”作为教育根本任务的一种综合教育理念。积极践行课程思政理念,构建全员、全过程、全方位育人格局的形式将专业课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,是职业学校落实立德树人根本任务的有效途径。上海市建筑工程学校作为国家中等职业教育改革发展示范校,从机制、师资、课程、学生、评价建设等方面探索实践一轴两驱四支撑课程思政育人体系,培养德才兼备的工匠型技能人才。
Curriculum ideological and political education refers to a comprehensive educational concept that regards “cultivating morality and nurturing talents” as the fundamental task of education. Actively implementing the concept of ideological and political education in the curriculum, constructing a comprehensive education pattern for all staff, the whole process, and all aspects, and aligning professional courses with ideological and political theory courses, forming a synergistic effect, is an effective way for vocational schools to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents. Shanghai Construction Engineering School, as a national demonstration school for the reform and development of secondary vocational education, explores and practices a one axis, two drives, and four support curriculum ideological and political education system from the aspects of mechanism, faculty, curriculum, students, and evaluation construction, and cultivates skilled craftsmen with both morality and talent.
