乡村振兴背景下农村妇女参与乡村治理研究
Study on Rural Women’s Participation in Rural Governance in the Context of Rural Revitalization

本文以乡村振兴背景下的农村妇女参与乡村治理为研究对象，旨在探讨农村妇女在乡村治理中的角色和作用，并分析其对乡村振兴的贡献。通过文献综述和案例分析，本文发现农村妇女参与乡村治理可以促进农村社会发展、提高农村治理效能，同时也面临一些挑战和问题。研究表明，农村妇女在乡村治理中的参与可以带来社会资源的充分利用，促进社会公平与公正，提升乡村发展的可持续性和综合竞争力。然而，由于传统观念、资源限制等因素，农村妇女参与乡村治理的机会和平等性还存在一定的局限性。因此，本文强调了社会性别在农村妇女参与乡村治理中的重要作用，提出了一系列措施以推动乡村振兴战略的实施。
This paper takes rural women’s participation in rural governance in the context of rural revitalization as the object of study, aiming to explore the roles and functions of rural women in rural governance and analyze their contribution to rural revitalization. Through literature review and case analysis, this paper finds that rural women’s participation in rural governance can promote the development of rural society and improve the effectiveness of rural governance, and at the same time, they also face some challenges and problems. The study shows that rural women’s participation in rural governance can bring about the full utilization of social resources, promote social equity and justice, and enhance the sustainability and comprehensive competitiveness of rural development. However, due to traditional attitudes, resource constraints and other factors, there are still some limitations to rural women’s participation in rural governance in terms of opportunities and equality. Therefore, this paper emphasizes the important role of social gender in rural women’s participation in rural governance, and puts forward a series of measures to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
