高校毕业生就业服务共同体意识及建构路径探究
A Study on the Consciousness and Construction Path of Employment Service Community for College Graduates

教育是国之大计、党之大计，人才是国家社会发展的第一资源，就业正是长期教育向人才价值转化的重要桥梁。就业是家事更是国事；是个人的事更是社会的事，就业问题关系到国家社会发展的动力问题，也是推动高质量发展、实现中国式现代化的基础工程。当前国内外环境的变化对我国民营经济发展以及学生就业等都产生实质影响，高校毕业生就业服务需要激发“政府、社会、学校、家庭”四大关键支撑因素的协同作用，探索就业服务共同体的思想基础与实现路径。
Education is the great strategy of the country and the party, and talent is the first resource for the development of national society. Employment is an important bridge for the transformation of long-term education into the value of talent. Employment is a family matter, but also a national matter; it is a personal matter, but also a social matter. The employment problem is related to the driving force of national social development, and it is also a basic project to promote high-quality development and realize Chinese-style modernization. The current changes in the domestic and foreign environment have a substantial impact on China’s private economic development and student employment. College graduates’ employment service needs to stimulate the synergistic effect of the four key supporting factors of “government, society, school and family”, and explore the ideological basis and realization path of employment service community.
