新时代医学研究生社会责任感现状调查与提升路径研究
A Survey on the Current Situation of Social Responsibility of Medical Postgraduates in the New Era and a Study on the Promotion Path

目的：调查新时代医学研究生社会责任感现状，并分析影响因素。方法：采用医学研究生社会责任感问卷，对某医学院校的473名研究生进行问卷调查。结果：医学研究生社会责任感得分较高，单因素分析结果显示，年级、政治面貌、工作经历、参与社会实践频率、受同伴欢迎程度具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：医学研究生具有较强的社会责任感，医学院校可通过构建科学合理的教育机制、营造高社会责任感的校园文化氛围、发挥研究生导师形象的榜样作用、将思想教育与实践教育相结合等方式提高医学研究生的社会责任感。
Objective: To investigate the current situation of social responsibility of medical postgraduates in the new era and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: 473 graduate students in a medical college were investigated with the Social Responsibility Questionnaire for Medical Postgraduates. Results: The scores of social responsibility of medical postgraduates were high. The results of univariate analysis showed that grade, political outlook, work experience, frequency of participating in social practice and popularity among peers were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Medical postgraduates have a strong sense of social responsibility. Medical colleges can improve their sense of social responsibility by constructing a scientific and reasonable education mechanism, creating a campus cultural atmosphere with high sense of social responsibility, giving full play to the role of a model of postgraduate tutor image, and combining ideological education with practical education.
