新形势下高校二级学院“三全育人”高质量发展的长效机制研究

Abstract:
“三全育人”是中国特色社会主义思想政治工作的鲜明特色,其核心理念是关注学生的全面发展。然而在当前阶段,尤其是新形势背景下高校二级学院“三全育人”仍处于初探阶段,在育人主体、时间和空间上也存在诸多阻力。本文提出以构建“督学–养成”“导学–相长”“勤学–示范”“数据–精准”四大体系,来助力高校二级学院“三全育人”高质量发展。
“Three Complete Education” is a distinct characteristic of the ideological and political work of socialism with Chinese characteristics, with its core concept focusing on the comprehensive development of students. However, at the current stage, especially under the new situation, the “Three Complete Education” in secondary colleges of universities is still in its initial exploration stage, and there are many obstacles in terms of the subject, time, and space of education. This article proposes to construct four major systems: “Supervision-Education”, “Guidance-Mutual Growth”, “Diligence-Modeling”, and “Data-Precision”, to assist the high-quality development of the “Three Complete Education” in secondary colleges of universities.
