食管裂孔疝手术方式及术后并发症研究进展

Abstract:
食管裂孔疝为常见的消化道疾病，与胃食管反流病关系密切，是胃食管反流病的常见原因之一。食管裂孔疝手术方式由开胸、腹，胸腹腔镜及内镜下的治疗等不同。术后并发症则是严重影响病人术后生活质量。本文将对食管裂孔疝手术方式及术后并发症做一个系统性综述。
Hiatal hernia is a common digestive tract disorder closely associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and it often serves as a primary cause of GERD. Various surgical approaches, including thoracotomy, abdominal surgery, thoracoscopic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and endoscopic treatment, are available for hiatal hernia management. However, postoperative complications significantly impact patients’ quality of life. This article aims to provide a comprehensive review of the surgical techniques and postoperative complications associated with hiatal hernia.
