Meta-Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Laryngeal Cough

[目的] 探讨以针刺为主的慢性咽炎的临床效果及安全性。[方法] 中国知网(CNKI)、维普(CNKI)和万方(CNKI)；本研究拟以PubMED等数据库为研究对象，以针刺(实验组)为研究对象，以传统中西医(对照)为对照，以RCT为对照，通过RevMAN5.4软件进行Meta分析。[结果] 入选标准的10篇文章包括1224名患者。本研究通过Meta分析，发现针刺镇咳的临床疗效优于对照组(OR = 2.33, 95% CI: 1.67, Z = 4.99)。两个试验中，对照组出现了一定程度的毒副作用，而试验组没有发现任何毒副作用。[结论] 针刺对喉痹咳嗽有明显的效果，且副作用小。但是，由于样本数量小，研究的质量不高，所以在引用有关结论的时候要慎重。
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect and safety of acupuncture-based chronic pharyngitis. [Methods] CNKI, CNKI and CNKI were used in this study. PubMED was used as the research object, acupuncture (experimental group) was used as the research object, traditional Chinese and Western medicine (control group) was used as the control, and the Meta-analysis was performed by RevMAN5.4 software with RCT as control. [Results] The 10 articles included 1224 patients. Meta-analysis showed that the clinical effect of acupuncture on relieving cough was better than that of the control group (OR = 2.33, 95% CI: 1.67, Z = 4.99). In both trials, the control group had some degree of toxic side effects, while the test group did not find any toxic side effects. [Conclusion] Acupuncture has obvious effect on throat-arthralgia cough with little side effect. However, due to the small sample size, the quality of the study is not high, so in the introduction of conclusions should be cautious.
