旧工业建筑文旅空间改造设计研究——以浙江龙泉药厂为例

Abstract:
本文旨在探讨旧工业建筑中文旅空间改造设计中的潜力与价值,并以浙江龙泉药厂为例进行深入研究。通过对龙泉药厂的时代背景、区位分析和建筑概况进行分析,从而提出针对性的改造设计策略。本文的方案场地位于浙江龙泉,在设计过程中,注重保留旧工业建筑的历史痕迹与文化特色,同时结合现代文旅需求,打造具有龙泉独特魅力的文旅空间。具体设计中,空间层面上加强各单体空间的连续性,从而成为一个整体,材料方面,使用聚乙烯加3D打印技术来呈现装饰风格,在营造氛围感的同时也有助于保护生态环境,将绿色设计理念引入到旧工业建筑改造中去,从而为旧工业建筑改造指明了设计方向,也为城市更新提供了新思路。
This paper aims to explore the potential and value of cultural tourism space renovation design in old industrial buildings, taking Longquan Pharmaceutical Factory in Zhejiang as a case study. Through an analysis of the factory’s historical background, geographical location, and architectural overview, targeted renovation design strategies are proposed. Located in Longquan, Zhejiang, the design process emphasizes the preservation of historical traces and cultural characteristics of the old industrial building while incorporating modern cultural tourism needs to create a unique and charming cultural tourism space. Specifically, the design enhances the continuity of individual spaces to form a cohesive whole. Additionally, polyethylene combined with 3D printing technology is utilized in the decorative style, not only creating an immersive atmosphere but also contributing to ecological protection. This incorporates green design concepts into the renovation of old industrial buildings, providing a clear design direction for such projects and offering new ideas for urban renewal.
