Abstract:

随着高分辨率CT的不断发展,肺结节的检出率不断升高,肺结节作为肺癌的早期表现形式之一,其良恶性的鉴别尚无有效手段,西医对于没有达到手术指针的肺结节常以定期复查为主,此类患者常伴随着巨大的精神压力。中医治疗具有及时性、全方位、无创性的特点。因此了解肺结节的诊断和中医治疗进展,对肺结节的良恶性鉴别及未达到手术指针肺结节患者的早期治疗具有重要意义。
With the continuous development of high-resolution CT, the detection rate of lung nodules has been increasing. As one of the early manifestations of lung cancer, there is no effective means to differentiate the benign and malignant nature of lung nodules, and Western medicine often focuses on regular review for lung nodules that do not reach the surgical pointers, which is often accompanied by great mental stress in such patients. TCM treatment is timely, comprehensive and non-invasive. Therefore, it is important to understand the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules and the progress of Chinese medicine treatment for the identification of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and the early treatment of patients who have not reached the surgical index of pulmonary nodules.
