家庭劳动教育现状及对策研究
Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Family Labor Education

家庭劳动教育对于儿童人生观的形成、良好习惯的养成方面起着至关重要的作用。家庭是儿童生活的重要场所，在劳动教育中发挥其责任体、实践体、育人体的主体作用。我国劳动教育课程发展和劳动教育在家庭中融入，经历了从单一到多元、从说教到实践的演变历程。然而，当下部分家庭中存在家长对劳动教育的认知不足、家长对儿童期望过高、劳动教育内容不全面等困境。针对上述问题，我们要重视劳动教育，正确进行家庭劳动，建立评价机制、促进家校社合力联动，发挥各方所能。
Family labor education plays a vital role in the formation of children’s outlook on life and the formation of good habits. The family is an important place for children’s lives, and it plays its main role as a body of responsibility, practice, and education in labor education. The development of China’s labor education curriculum and the integration of labor education in the family has undergone an evolution from singularity to plurality, from preaching to practice. However, at present, some families have difficulties such as insufficient parents’ awareness of labor education, parents’ high expectations for children, and incomplete content of labor education. In view of the above problems, we should attach importance to labor education, correctly carry out family work, establish an evaluation mechanism, promote the joint efforts of families, schools and communities, and give full play to the abilities of all parties.
