互联网视域下大学生志愿者服务管理模式探索与应用
Exploration and Application of College Students’ Volunteer Service Management Mode from the Perspective of Internet

文章以高校学生志愿者为研究对象，聚焦于志愿活动难抢、志愿者培训不足、志愿者工作消极倦怠等问题，提出针对性的解决措施，并以互联网为依托，积极探索“互联网”视域下大学生志愿者服务管理模式，旨在为高校志愿者管理工作提供建议。
Taking college student volunteers as the research object, this paper focuses on the problems of difficult volunteer activities, insufficient volunteer training, and negative burnout of volunteer work, and puts forward targeted solutions. Based on the Internet, this paper actively explores the service management mode of college student volunteers from the perspective of “Internet”, aiming to provide suggestions for the management of college volunteers.
