胶东小城镇空间拓展特征及规划设计探究——以威海荣成市为例
Research on the Spatial Expansion Characteristics and Planning and Design of Small Towns in Jiaodong—Taking Rongcheng City in Weihai as an Example

改革开放以来，胶东地区因为其特殊的地理条件得以迅速发展。小城镇作为城乡一体化发展的中流砥柱，其地位不容小觑。对于胶东地区小城镇空间拓展特征及其空间规划设计研究，可以为促进小城镇产业经济积极发展以及提高人口吸引力提供依据，为激发其内生动力以及空间规划设计提供依据，从而为达到城乡一体化发展的目标提供有利参考。本文根据小城镇驻地空间设计发展模式和特征，对荣成市行政范围内的12个镇驻地的产业职能类型和用地扩张模式进行统计与归纳，并且进行比较分析。最后选取几个较典型的小城镇作为案例进行研究，探索它们在空间拓展特征以及发展规律，从人口、用地、产业三方面分析其空间演变机制，最后针对其发展问题提出相应的策略。
Since the economic reforms, the Jiaodong region has experienced rapid development due to its unique geographical conditions. Small towns play a pivotal role in the integrated development of urban and rural areas, and their importance cannot be overlooked. Research on the spatial expansion characteristics and spatial planning design of small towns in the Jiaodong region provides a foundation for promoting the positive development of town industries and economies, enhancing population attractiveness, and stimulating endogenous dynamics. This, in turn, supports the goal of integrated urban-rural development. This paper analyzes the developmental models and characteristics of spatial design in small town centers, statistically summarizing and comparing the industrial functions and land expansion patterns of 12 town centers within the administrative boundaries of Rongcheng City. Selected typical small towns are studied as cases to explore their spatial expansion characteristics and developmental norms. The spatial evolution mechanisms of these towns are analyzed from three perspectives: population, land use, and industry. Finally, strategies are proposed to address their developmental challenges.
