父母婚姻质量、亲子关系与幼儿心理健康的关系研究综述

Abstract:
家庭作为包括婚姻，亲子及兄弟姐妹几个子系统在内的复杂生态系统，在幼儿心理健康发展中有着至关重要的作用。婚姻质量不仅影响着身心健康，而且还间接地影响着父母教养行为，进而影响着幼儿身心发展与社会适应。文章探讨了父母婚姻关系、亲子关系及幼儿心理健康之间的相互关系，并提出建议父母在注重亲子关系及营造和谐家庭环境的同时，也应该更加用心经营婚姻生活提升婚姻质量，促进幼儿心理健康积极发展。
As a complex ecosystem including marriage, parent-child and siblings, family plays a vital role in the development of children’s mental health. Marriage quality not only affects the physical and mental health, but also indirectly affects the parenting behavior, and then affects the physical and mental development and social adaptation of children. This paper discusses the relationship between parents’ marriage relationship, parent-child relationship and children’s mental health, and suggests that parents should pay more attention to parent-child relationship and create a harmonious family environment, and should also pay more attention to marital life to improve the quality of marriage and promote the positive development of children’s mental health.
