高血压病与心房颤动关系的研究进展

Abstract:
高血压病在心房颤动患者中十分常见,在AF的发病机制中起到重要作用。老龄化社会的到来,也显著拉高了房颤、高血压等发病率,既威胁到群众整体健康,而且对社会、家庭造成了沉重的经济负担,降低了病人的生活质量。现就高血压与房颤之间的关系,高血压引起房颤的发生机理,以及高血压并发房颤的治疗方法进行综述,以期为高血压患者的房颤预防和治疗提供新的思路。
Hypertension is very common in patients with atrial fibrillation, and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of AF. The advent of population ageing has also significantly increased the incidence of atrial fibrillation, hypertension and other diseases, not only threatening the overall health of the people, but also causing a heavy economic burden to society and families, and reducing the quality of life of patients. This article reviews the relationship between hypertension and atrial fibrillation, the mechanism of hypertension causing atrial fibrillation, and the treatment of hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation, in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation in patients with hypertension.
