以下腹不适、排尿困难为表现的浆膜下肌瘤病例1例诊疗体会并文献复习

Abstract:
本文报告1例由于浆膜下子宫肌瘤坏死并游离于盆腔，导致排尿困难和下腹不适的案例。患者为64岁中老年女性，表现为以右下腹不适为主，排尿时需挤压膀胱才可排出，伴有尿痛症状。浆膜下子宫肌瘤临床表现不尽相同，且超声上易与卵巢纤维瘤相混淆。本文通过对该病例的报告，期望提高对该疾病的认识。
This paper presents a case of dysuria and lower abdominal discomfort caused by necrosis of a subserous uterine fibroids that had migrated into the pelvic cavity. The patient, a 64-year-old middle-aged female, presented with right lower abdominal discomfort, urinary discharge accompanied by pain during urination. Clinical manifestations of subserosal uterine fibroids exhibit variability, often leading to confusion with ovarian fibroids on ultrasound examination. Through this case report, we aim to enhance awareness regarding this condition.
