碳中和背景下我国绿色金融的发展现状及应对措施

Abstract:
我国是全球第二大经济体，但由于中国市场经济的蓬勃发展和社会主义现代化发展进度的加快，温室气体排放量稳步增加。我国作为一个非常大的经济体，不仅要担负起国际贸易中“隐性碳”的重任，还要与“一带一路”沿线国家一道，以绿色、清洁、高质量为己任。本文总结了中国绿色金融与碳中和的基本概念，探讨了中国绿色金融市场的主要发展特征，分析了当前中国绿色金融市场的发展状况，并为中国绿色金融市场的发展提供了策略和建议。
As the second largest economy in the world, with the rapid development of the economy and the accelerating process of socialist modernization, China’s greenhouse gas emissions are increasing; As a very large economy, China not only has to shoulder the burden of “Embodied Carbon” in international trade but also has to work together with the countries along the “Belt and Road” in order to be green, clean and of high quality. By analyzing the basic concepts and development characteristics of green finance and carbon neutralization, this paper explores the development status of green finance in China, discusses the problems in the development of green finance in China, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of green finance in China.
