青少年强迫症的病因探究及认知行为疗法的研究进展

Abstract:
强迫症是青少年心理疾病研究领域的热点问题之一，目前学术界一致认可的最有效治疗强迫症的心理治疗方法是认知行为疗法。本文梳理了对于青少年强迫症病因、强迫症的心理治疗等相关研究，分别从临床表现、病因、认知行为疗法的分支及治疗效果三个方面进行整理和总结，并对这一领域的未来研究前景进行了展望。
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is one of the hot issues in the field of adolescent mental illness research. At present, the most effective psychotherapy method for OCD is cognitive-behavioral therapy. This paper reviews the etiology of adolescent obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and the psychological treatment of OCD, and summarizes it from three aspects: clinical manifestations, etiology, branches of cognitive behavioral therapy and therapeutic effects, and looks forward to the future research prospects in this field.
