Abstract:

This article explores the different dimensions of interaction, including techno-logical, pedagogical, and social, within the International Development Institute (IUDI). The research sheds light on the evolution of online learning communi-ties and their impact on educational socialization. Adopting a methodology combining qualitative and quantitative approaches, the article analyzes inter-actions on IUDI’s Moodle platform during the 2022-2023 academic year. The detailed results reveal significant trends, highlighting the importance of discus-sion forums, regular pedagogical feedback, and social patterns influenced by cultural preferences. The practical implications and recommendations aim to enrich the online learning experience. The study also acknowledges its limita-tions, highlighting the need for future research. The article serves as an essential contribution to understanding the complex dynamics within e-learning com-munities, especially in the specific context of IUDI. The results provide mean-ingful insights to guide e-learning practitioners and course designers toward more effective and inclusive practices while identifying lines of research to deepen our understanding of online interactions and educational socialization.
