Abstract:

增加个人收入是刺激消费的前提,为了实现经济持续健康地发展,应对个人增收问题引起重视。个人收入水平受到多种因素影响,本文基于中国家庭动态追踪调查(CFPS) 2020年数据,选取社会信任作为核心解释变量,考察社会信任对个人收入水平的影响以及社会信任对不同收入群体的影响差异,并进一步探讨社会信任对个人收入的影响机制。研究结果表明,社会信任对个人收入水平有显著的正向影响,即较高的社会信任可以使个人收入水平得到有效提高,且具有稳健性,中年群体、初等教育群体和高等教育群体受到的促进作用更大。社会信任显著且稳健地通过促进信息传递影响个人收入,通过实现个人职位晋升而促进个人收入增加。
Increasing personal income is the prerequisite for stimulating consumption. In order to achieve sustained and healthy economic development, attention should be paid to the issue of increasing personal income. Personal income levels are affected by many factors. Based on the 2020 data of the China Family Dynamic Survey (CFPS), this article selects social trust as the core explanatory variable to examine the impact of social trust on personal income levels and the differences in the impact of social trust on different income groups, and further explore the impact mechanism of social trust on personal income. The research results show that social trust has a significant positive impact on personal income levels, which means that higher social trust can effectively improve personal income levels and this result is robust. The middle-aged group, primary education group and higher education group are affected by the promotion effect more. Social trust significantly and robustly affects personal income by promoting information transfer, and promotes the increase of personal income by achieving personal job promotion.
