Abstract:

在国务院推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设的背景下,针对工商管理专业人才培养模式中,培养目标与社会需求脱节、教学模式理论与实践脱节以及教学质量评价缺乏系统化问题进行创新改革。引入CDIO理念“理实结合”“学中做、做中学”的核心思想,对人才培养目标以“需”定“标”;在目标的指引下,根据CDIO理念的“构思、设计、应用、运行”模式,构思设计“问题式、案例式、项目式”教学内容,结核翻转课堂进行课前、课中、课后教学内容应用和运行,在实践中培养学生的综合素养;最后针对教学流程设计评价主体、内容、标准多元化的评价体系,及时有效反馈教师实践教学和学生理论实践学习效果,促进课堂教学效果以及学生学习积极性的进一步提升,最终实现工商管理专业人才培养目标,服务于地方经济的发展。
In the context of the State Council’s promotion of the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines, innovative reforms are carried out to address the problems of disconnection between training goals and social needs, disconnection between theory and practice of teaching mode, and lack of systematization of teaching quality evaluation in the training mode of business administration professionals. Introduce the core ideas of CDIO concept of “combining theory and practice” and “learning by doing, learning by doing”, and set “standards” for talent training goals; Under the guidance of the goal, according to the “conception, design, application, and operation” mode of the CDIO concept, the teaching content of “problem-based, case-based, and project-based” is conceived and designed, and the application and operation of the teaching content before, during, and after class are carried out in the tumbled classroom, so as to cultivate students’ comprehensive literacy in practice. Finally, an evaluation system with diversified evaluation subjects, contents and standards is designed for the teaching process, so as to provide timely and effective feedback on the practical teaching effect of teachers and students’ theoretical and practical learning, promote the further improvement of classroom teaching effect and students’ learning enthusiasm, and finally achieve the goal of cultivating business administration professionals and serve the development of local economy.
