福贡县除匹河怒族乡以外的五乡一镇外绝大多数村寨为傈僳村寨，傈僳村寨名可以反映村寨历史及傈僳族历史、文化、语言、民族迁徙、民族宗教和信仰等方面。它是傈僳族最基本、最典型的自然和人文的特征反映，可以体现傈僳族的历史文化底蕴，对研究这一地方或民族有着重要的意义。
In Fugong County, most of the five townships and one town are Lisu villages except Pihe Nu Township. Lisu village names can reflect the village history and Lisu culture, such as language, migration, belief, etc. It is the most basic, the most typical natural and cultural characteristics of Lisu people, can reflect the historical and cultural deposits of Lisu people, and has important significance to the study of this place and ethnic group.
