Abstract:

旅游管理与服务教育本科专业是实践性、应用性很强的学科,立足行业认知与应用导向,深入探讨和实施专业实践类课程体系建设,对提高和改进当前旅游管理类专业学生的知识转化能力及职业竞争力,具有重要意义。对此,通过梳理行业认知与应用导向的理论认知,系统分析和研究“校外思政大课堂”实践育人模式的时代价值,在此基础上,结合多年实践课程教学的启发与认知,构建了旅游管理与服务教育本科专业“校外思政大课堂”实践育人模式,以期对高等旅游教育培养方案中的目标达成、课程质量评价,提供可借鉴的思路与方法。
Tourism Management and service education is a practical and applied discipline, based on the industry cognition and application-oriented, in-depth exploration and implementation of professional practice curriculum system construction, it is of great significance to improve the knowledge transformation ability and professional competitiveness of the students majoring in tourism management. To this end, by combing the industry cognition and application-oriented theoretical cognition, systematic analysis and research “Off-campus ideological and political classroom” practical education model of the value of the times, on this basis, combined with the Enlightenment and cognition of the teaching of the practical course for many years, this paper constructs the practical education mode of “Off-campus ideological and political classroom” for the undergraduate major of Tourism Management and service education, the purpose of this paper is to provide some useful ideas and methods for achieving the objectives and evaluating the curriculum quality in the training program of higher tourism education.
