专业硕士研究生《乳品加工研究进展》课程中融入思政元素的探索与实践

Abstract:
专业硕士是以专业实践为导向,重视职业实践和应用,培养具有扎实理论基础,并适应特定行业或职业实际工作需要的应用型高层次专门人才。本文以《乳品加工研究进展》课程作为教学改革对象,探讨在研究生专业教育过程中融入思政元素的方式、方法。从课程思政的设计、思政元素的挖掘和融入方法等多个方面对研究生专业教育与思政教育的结合模式进行探讨和实践,摸索如何在专业课程的授课过程中进行思政教育。
Professional master’s degree is guided by professional practice, emphasizing professional practice and application, cultivating applied high-level specialized talents with a solid theoretical foundation and adapting to specific industry or occupational practical work needs. This article takes the course “Research Progress in Dairy Processing” as the teaching reform object, the ways and methods of integrating ideological and political elements into graduate professional education are explored. The integration model of graduate professional education and ideological and political education are explored and practiced from multiple aspects such as the design of curriculum ideological and political education, the excavation and integration of ideological and political elements. how to carry out ideological and political education in the teaching process of professional courses is explored.
