涉农高校耕读教育实践与探索——以南京农业大学为例

Abstract:

加强涉农高校耕读教育的落实推行,各大涉农高校需结合本校办学特色与当地农业教育资源,在人才培养的过程中因地制宜,挖掘特色教育资源,有效构建具耕读教育模式。在新时代背景下,涉农高校开展的耕读教育既是情怀使命,又是价值追求,更是对当下生命与人文艺术教育的诠释。南京农业大学通过将耕读教育融入教学课堂、实践课堂、校园文化、社会服务,助力人才培养。但其在发展过程中也面临一些困境,主要有顶层设计不足、实践形式单一和宣传力度不足。为了在当前基础上进一步完善耕读教育体系,提出改善耕读教育教学体系、丰富耕读教育实践形式和拓宽耕读教育宣传渠道的措施,从而扩大耕读教育影响力,也希望为之后其他高校开展耕读教育提供借鉴。
In order to strengthen the implementation of farming-and-reading education in agriculture-re- lated colleges and universities, major agriculture-related colleges and universities need to combine the characteristics of their schools and local agricultural education resources, excavate characteristic educational resources according to local conditions in the process of personnel training, and effectively construct the framing-and-reading education model. Under the background of the new era, the farming-and-reading education carried out by agriculture-related colleges and universities is not only the mission of feelings, but also the pursuit of value, the interpretation of the current life and humanities and art education. Nanjing Agricultural University helps cultivate talents by integrating farming-and-reading education into teaching classrooms, practical classes, campus culture, and social services. But in the process of its development, it also faces some difficulties, mainly the lack of top-level design, the single form of practice and the lack of publicity. In order to further improve the farming-and-reading education system on the current basis, measures are proposed to improve the teaching system, enrich the practical forms and broaden the publicity channels of it, so as to expand the influence of agricultural education and provide reference for other colleges and universities to carry out farming-and-reading education in the future.
