随着现在生活质量的不断提高，更多的人开始重视心理健康问题，采取有效的措施对于各种心理健康问题的产生防患于未然。但是，由于日益增长的生活压力和日益复杂的人际关系，导致了一些人的心态开始偏离，产生了许多不利的思想，对这些思想产生的问题进行及时、有效的处理，维护他们的心理健康，是现代人迫切需要解决的问题。人格和社会心理学是一个同时受心理学和社会学双重影响的交叉领域。从这两个方面来研究人格和社会心理，其重要性是不一样的。在此基础上，结合有关人格及社会心理学的基本观点，探讨了人格与社会心理学在心理健康研究中的作用，旨在推动我国心理健康事业的发展与创新。
With the continuous improvement of the quality of life, more people begin to pay attention to mental health problems, and take effective measures to prevent various mental health problems. However, due to the increasing pressure of life and increasingly complex interpersonal relationships, leading to some people’s mentality began to deviate, resulting in many adverse thoughts, timely and effective treatment of the problems caused by these thoughts, and maintenance of their mental health, is an urgent need to solve the problem of modern people. Personality and social psychology is an interdisciplinary field influenced by both psychology and sociology. The importance of studying personality and social psychology from these two aspects is not the same. On this basis, combined with the basic viewpoints of personality and social psychology, the function of personality and social psychology in the study of mental health was discussed in order to promote the development and innovation of China’s mental health career.
