理解学校氛围对流动儿童心理健康的影响及教育建议

Abstract:
我国自20世纪90年代以来,人口流动的方式以家庭为单位进行,导致流动儿童数量不断增加。然而,这些流动儿童的心理健康问题往往被忽视。学校氛围包括同伴关系、师生关系、物理环境以及家庭与学校的合作等方面,这些因素对于提供社交支持、缓解学业压力、调节消极情绪和提升社会适应能力等方面都具有重要作用。因此,建立积极友好的学校氛围对于促进流动儿童的心理健康至关重要。本文提出了一些针对性的教育建议,以期改善流动儿童的学习环境和心理健康状况,促进他们的全面健康发展。
Since the 1990s, population migration in China has been conducted on a family basis, resulting in a continuous increase in the number of migrant children. However, the mental health issues of these migrant children are often overlooked. School atmosphere, including peer relationships, teacher-student relationships, physical environment, and cooperation between family and school, plays an important role in providing social support, alleviating academic pressure, regulating negative emotions, and enhancing social adaptation skills. Therefore, establishing a positive and friendly school atmosphere is crucial for promoting the mental health of migrant children. This article proposes some targeted educational recommendations aimed at improving the learning environment and mental health status of migrant children, promoting their overall health and development.
