Abstract:

财政学是一门理论性和应用都很强的课程,其内容多且逻辑紧凑。传统教学中普遍存在三个主要问题,一是教师注重知识传授而忽视对学生的价值引领、二是强调理论知识的掌握而忽视知识在实践中的分析和运用、三是一张试卷的考核方式难以调动学生学习积极性等问题。这些问题导致课程教学不符合新文科人才培养的要求。本文基于“以学生为中心”的教学理念,对财政学课程从教学资源、教学模式和考核方式等方面的改革进行了探讨,以期培养能自主学习、独立思考、适应新时代的经管类人才。
Finance is a course with strong theory and application. The course is rich in content and logically compact. There are three main problems in traditional teaching, one is that teachers pay attention to imparts knowledge while ignoring the value guidance to students, the other is that they emphasize the mastery of theoretical knowledge while ignoring the analysis and application of knowledge in practice, and the third is that the examination method of one paper is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of students. These problems lead to the curriculum teaching does not meet the requirements of the new liberal arts talent training. Based on the teaching concept of “student-centered”, this paper discusses the reform of Finance curriculum in terms of teaching resources, teaching mode and assessment methods, with a view to cultivating economic and management talents who can study independently, think independently and adapt to the new era.
