多模态会话分析视角下反问句的互动功能研究——以《金牌调解》的家庭冲突话语为例
The Interactive Function of Rhetorical Question in Family Conflict Discourse—Taking the Family Conflict Discourse of Gold Medal Mediation as an Example

家庭冲突在日常交往互动中十分普遍，冲突性话语作为特定的话语类型近年来引起广泛的关注。本研究基于真实的电视访谈类录像，运用会话分析的研究方法，描写冲突话语中反问句的序列位置、反问句的话轮设计，归纳总结冲突话语中反问句的互动功能。本研究中发现反问句出现在以下三种位置：1) 始发位置表达观点的反问句；2) 回应位置以反问句表达观点；3) 第三话轮以反问句表达观点。反问句的话轮设计除了句法资源外，伴随反问句的具身资源如手势、眼神、身势语增强了反问句的否认、质疑、反对的互动功能。本文对冲突话语的研究具有一定的借鉴价值。
Family conflict is very common in daily communication and interaction. As a specific discourse type, conflict discourse has attracted wide attention in recent years. Based on real TV interview videos, this study uses the research method of conversation analysis to describe the sequence position of rhetorical questions in conflict discourse, the design of rhetorical questions’ sentence wheel, and summarizes the interactive function of rhetorical questions in conflict discourse. In this study, it is found that rhetorical questions appear in the following three positions: 1) Rhetorical questions expressing opinions in the initial position; 2) Responding positions to express views as rhetorical questions; 3) Rhetorical questions are used in the third round. In addition to syntactic resources, the embodied resources such as gestures, eyes and body language that accompany rhetorical questions enhance the interactive functions of denial, questioning and opposition. This paper has certain reference value for the study of conflict discourse.
