加味乌梅丸联合胰酶制剂等治疗胰腺癌术后顽固性胰源性腹泻1例分析
Analysis of a Case of Intractable Pancreatogenic Diarrhoea after Pancreatic Cancer Surgery Treated with Jiawei Wumei Pill Combined with Pancreatic Enzyme Preparation and Other Agents

本文介绍1例经新辅助化疗、免疫治疗、手术治疗后的胰腺癌患者的临床资料，通过中医药联合胰酶肠溶片、复方消化酶胶囊、双歧杆菌四联活菌等治疗胰腺癌术后相关性腹泻，分别于治疗1周、2周后进行前后对比及疗效评价，结果表明患者腹泻情况明显改善，且疗程结束后未再复发，病情稳定。本案例中，患者曾采用多种治疗方法均未有效缓解腹泻情况，而联合中医药治疗后患者临床症状得到了明显缓解，为胰腺癌术后相关性腹泻的相关治疗提供参考。
This paper presents the clinical data of a case of pancreatic cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, immunotherapy and surgery, and the treatment of postoperative associated diarrhoea of pancreatic cancer by traditional Chinese medicine combined with pancreatic enzyme enteric coated tablets, compound digestive enzyme capsule and bifidobacterium quadruple vivax was carried out before and after the treatment for 1 week and 2 weeks, respectively, and the results showed that the diarrhoea of patients was significantly improved, and there was no relapse of diarrhoea after the end of the treatment course, and the condition of the patients was stable. In this case, the patient’s diarrhoea was not effectively relieved by various treatments, and the clinical symptoms of the patient were significantly relieved after combined with Chinese medicine, which provides reference for the treatment of postoperative diarrhoea associated with pancreatic cancer.
