下胫腓联合分离研究进展

Abstract:
下胫腓联合分离常常合并有踝关节骨折,治疗不当或漏诊易导致患者长期疼痛和创伤性骨关节炎的发生,该文对下胫腓联合分离的诊断、分型和治疗进展作一综述。
Separation of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis is often associated with ankle fracture, and improper treatment or missed diagnosis can easily lead to long-term pain and traumatic osteoarthritis. This article reviews the progress in the diagnosis, classification and treatment of separation of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis.
