新形势下大学生就业权益法律保障研究
Research on Legal Protection of Employment Rights and Interests of College Students under the New Situation

在我国经济结构转型以及国家扩招政策背景下，大学生面临结构性矛盾与就业人数总量压力的双重挑战，就业市场形势日趋严峻。与此同时，大学生就业侵权事件屡禁不止，然而保障大学生就业权益，构建合法有序的就业市场，对大学生个人和社会意义重大。本研究从大学生就业的基本权益内容与侵权的主要表现入手，对大学生就业权益遭受侵害的原因进行分析，通过落实国家战略与经济政策、建设服务型政府、加强高校就业教育、完善法律法规、加强劳动监察执法等措施，以期有效保障大学生就业权的实现。
Against the backdrop of China’s economic restructuring and national enrollment expansion policies, college students are facing dual challenges of structural contradictions and total employment pressure, and the employment situation for college students is becoming increasingly severe. At the same time, the infringement of employment rights by college students has been repeatedly prohibited. Protecting the employment rights and interests of college students, building a legal and orderly employment market, is of great significance to the individual and society of college students. This study starts with the basic rights and interests of college students in employment and the main manifestations of infringement. It analyzes the reasons for the infringement of college students’ employment rights and interests, and through measures such as implementing national strategies and economic policies, building a service-oriented government, strengthening college employment education, improving laws and regulations, and strengthening labor supervision and law enforcement, effectively guarantees the realization of college students’ employment rights.
