一种移动理疗病房的研究与设计

治疗与康复的衔接在老龄化趋势下变得越来越重要。治疗与康复方案无缝衔接的实施，可以有效地提高治疗效果和患者的生活质量。然而实际临床运行过程中，由于理疗设备的使用不便，导致治疗和康复之间却存在衔接不畅的情况，耽误了第一时间的康复，从而为后续的康复治疗带来困难。为此本文研究设计了一款移动理疗病房，由病房外形设计、内部医疗设备、收纳外壳三部分组成，主要应用于住院医疗和社区医疗，实现治疗与康复“无缝衔接”，并实现康复与多学科结合，保证基础的康复治疗。在响应建设完善医疗服务的同时，让患者看到上门康复的可能性，为基层上门康复的操作提供设备支持。
The connection between treatment and rehabilitation is becoming increasingly important in the trend of aging. The seamless integration of treatment and rehabilitation plans can effectively improve treatment outcomes and the quality of life of patients. However, in the actual clinical operation process, due to the inconvenient use of physical therapy equipment, there is a lack of smooth connection between treatment and rehabilitation, which delays the first time of rehabilitation and brings difficulties to subsequent rehabilitation treatment. For this purpose, this article studies and designs a mobile therapy ward, which consists of three parts: ward exterior design, internal medical equipment, and storage shell. It is mainly used in inpatient and community medical care, achieving seamless connection between treatment and rehabilitation, and integrating rehabilitation with multiple disciplines to ensure basic rehabilitation treatment. At the same time as responding to the construction of comprehensive medical services, let patients see the possibility of on-site rehabilitation, and provide equipment support for grassroots on-site rehabilitation operations.
