Abstract:

在绝对贫困完全消除之后,我国高校资助育人工作进入后脱贫时代,脱贫巩固期相对贫困的反复性、多样性和非地缘性特征赋予发展型资助育人新的理论价值和现实意义。该研究首先分析发展型资助育人的内涵及特点,并结合新时代发展的趋势探索高校发展型资助育人面临的困境与挑战,最后提出强化发展型资助育人理念、纵深推进精准资助育人、搭建实践参与机制、探索有偿与无偿比例的策略,助力高校发展型资助育人体系的建立与完善。
After the complete elimination of absolute poverty, the work of funding and educating people in colleges and universities in China has entered the post-poverty alleviation era, and the recurrence, diversity and non-geographical characteristics of relative poverty in the consolidation period of poverty alleviation have given new theoretical value and practical significance to development-oriented funding and education. Firstly, the study analyzes the connotation and characteristics of development-oriented funding and education, explores the dilemmas and challenges faced by development-oriented funding and education in colleges and universities in combination with the development trend of the new era, and finally puts forward the strategies of strengthening the concept of development-oriented funding and education, promoting precise funding and education in depth, building a practical participation mechanism, and exploring the ratio of paid and unpaid, so as to help the establishment and improvement of the development-oriented funding and education system in colleges and universities.
