随着我国老龄化进程的不断发展，对医养结合背景下养老护理人才的需求与日俱增，文章分析了当前养老护理队伍建设方面存在的突出问题，从提高重视程度、拓宽人才培养渠道、加强岗位培训等几个方面提出针对性举措。为实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略，构建养老、孝老、敬老政策体系和社会环境，促进养老事业和养老产业高质量发展提供理论基础和实践经验。
With the continuous development of China’s aging process, the demand for elderly care talents in the context of medical and elderly care integration is increasing day by day. The article analyzes the prominent problems in the construction of the current elderly care team, and proposes targeted measures from several aspects such as increasing attention, expanding talent training channels, and strengthening job training.
