叙事医学在全科及慢性维持性血液透析患者中的实施探讨
Exploring the Implementation of Narrative Medicine in General Practice and Chronic Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

随着人文医院建设的不断深化，人文医学的重要落地工具“叙事医学”在理论研究、医学教育与临床实践等方面取得了一些成果，但其如何落地还需要进一步的探讨。将叙事医学融入全科医学教育，有利于落实全科医学以慢病患者为中心的理念，有利于开展连续化、系统化的医疗服务，有利于进一步提高全科医生的人文素养。基于此，结合现状，通过针对全科以及肾病专科慢性维持性血液透析这一特殊患者人群疾病特点、需求，本研究对叙事医学护理支持展开论述，以及对叙事医学在慢性维持性血液透析专科领域的落地发展提供参考建议。
With the continuous deepening of the construction of humanistic hospitals, the important implementation tool of humanistic medicine, narrative medicine, has achieved some results in theoretical research, medical education, and clinical practice. However, further exploration is needed on how to implement it. Integrating narrative medicine into general practice education is beneficial for implementing the concept of putting chronic disease patients at the center of general practice, providing continuous and systematic medical services, and further improving the humanistic literacy of general practitioners. Based on this, combined with the current situation, this study discusses the nursing support of narrative medicine and provides reference suggestions for the implementation and development of narrative medicine in the field of chronic maintenance hemodialysis, targeting the disease characteristics and needs of the special patient population of general practitioners and nephrology specialists.
