新经济时代我国高校财务管理专业人才培养：影响、挑战与对策
Financial Management Professional Personnel Training in Chinese Universities in the New Economic Era: Influence, Challenge and Countermeasures

新经济时代已经到来，对新经济时代我国高校财务管理专业人才培养问题开展研究具有重要意义。本文在文献综述的基础上，对新经济对企业财务管理的主要影响以及对企业财务管理者能力素质的要求等进行了揭示，对新经济时代高校财务管理专业人才培养面临的挑战进行了系统分析，最后提出了新经济时代我国高校财务管理专业人才的培养对策：一是优化人才培养目标，二是加大课程教学改革力度，三是改革课堂教学方法，四是加强校企合作深化产教融合，五是强化师资队伍建设。
As the new economic era has arrived, it is of great significance to carry out research on the training of financial management professionals in Chinese universities in the new economic era. On the basis of literature review, this paper reveals the main impact of the new economy on the financial management of enterprises and the requirements for the ability and quality of enterprise financial managers, systematically analyzes the challenges faced by the training of financial management professionals in colleges and universities in the new economic era, and finally puts forward the training countermeasures for financial management professionals in colleges and universities in the new economic era: The first is to optimize the goal of personnel training, the second is to intensify curriculum teaching reform, the third is to reform classroom teaching methods, the fourth is to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation to deepen the integration of production and education, and the fifth is to strengthen the construction of teachers.
