Abstract:

在全球化背景下,文化自信已成为衡量国家软实力的一个关键指标。语言教学,作为文化传承与传播的主要途径,对于培养文化自信起着至关重要的作用。长久以来,传统英语教学更多聚焦英语母语国家的文化价值,而忽视了中国文化的贡献和影响力。这一教学策略不仅有失偏颇,也极大地限制了学生在国际舞台上有效传播中国文化的能力。强化中国文化元素在课程中的融合,对于培育具备全球视野及跨文化交流技能的学习者显得尤为关键。因此,本研究致力于探索中华优秀传统文化融入大学英语教学的策略与路径,促进学生英语能力的提升和文化素养的全面发展,以实现外语学习者“学好外国语,讲好中国故事,传递中国声音”的目标,从而在坚定文化自信的同时,提升跨文化交际能力。
In the context of globalization, cultural confidence has become a key indicator of a nation’s soft power. As the core pathway for cultural inheritance and dissemination, language teaching plays a crucial role in fostering cultural confidence. In light of this, this study is dedicated to exploring strategies and pathways for integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into college English teaching, aiming to enhance students ’English proficiency and comprehensive cultural literacy. This research unfolds around the deep integration of teaching content, the innovative application of teaching methods, and the effective mechanisms of teaching assessment and feedback, proposing a series of practical implementation strategies. Guided by these strategies, the paper delves into course design, teaching practices, and cultural experiences in depth, striving to enable language learners to master foreign languages, narrate Chinese stories effectively, and project China’s voice internationally. This endeavor seeks to concurrently solidify cultural self-confidence and augment students’ abilities in intercultural communication.
