基于CiteSpace对“四物汤”领域应用研究现状的知识图谱分析
Knowledge Map Analysis of Application Research Status in the Field of “Siwu Decoction” Based on CiteSpace

目的：利用CiteSpace软件可视化分析近20年关于经典名方四物汤的研究热点方向和发展趋势，构建科学知识图谱。方法：检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)中2002年1月1日到2021年12月31日的研究型文献，利用科学计量学工具CiteSpace软件对纳入文献中关键词、作者、机构合作情况及研究热点等方面进行可视化分析。结论：近20年该领域发文量整体呈上升趋势，发展前景可观。关键词共现分析网络表明，该领域的热点集中在四物汤对于月经不调、痛经、黄褐斑、骨质疏松的临床疗效方面；研究机构及学者以中医药大学为主，就其机构合作共现分析图谱看，该领域尚存在学术合作交流上的不足。综合表明，目前对于四物汤的研究正呈蓬勃之势，临床研究范围逐渐扩大，基础研究方向逐渐丰富。
Objective: To construct a scientific knowledge map by visually analyzing the hotspot directions and development trends of the classical famous prescription Siwu Decoction in recent 20 years using CiteSpace software. Methods: Research-based literature from January 1, 2002, to December 31, 2021, in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) was searched, and the scientific metrology tool CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze the keywords, author and institutional cooperation, and research hotspots in the included literature. Conclusion: The overall trend of the number of articles published in this area in the past 20 years is on the rise, and the development prospects are promising. The keyword co-occurrence analysis network shows that the hot spots in this area mainly focus on menstrual disorders, dysmenorrhea, chloasma, osteoporosis, etc.; the research scholars and institutions are mainly in universities of TCM, and the analysis of their co-occurrence shows that there is still a lack of academic cooperation and communication in this area. The comprehensive analysis shows that the research on Siwu Decoction is flourishing, the research scope is gradually expanding, the research direction is gradually enriching.
