Abstract:

子宫腺肌病是一种常见的妇科疾病,主要由子宫内膜腺体及间质在子宫肌层生长引起。临床症状主要表现为月经过多(甚至致严重贫血)、严重痛经、不孕、子宫增大等。近些年来有国内外报道指出,子宫腺肌病患者并发血栓性疾病的风险较高,由此可推测子宫腺肌病患者的凝血功能可能存在异常。目前涉及引起子宫腺肌病患者凝血功能发生改变的因素较为广泛,其可包括雌激素水平、子宫体积大小、贫血、新生血管形成、炎症因子等,各因素间相互作用,共同促进子宫腺肌病患者凝血功能变化的发生与进展。
Adenomyopathy is a common gynecological disease, mainly caused by the growth of endometrial glands and stroma in the myometrium. The main clinical symptoms are menorrhagia (even severe anemia), severe dysmenorrhea, infertility, uterine enlargement and so on. In recent years, it has been reported at home and abroad that patients with adenomyopathy have a higher risk of thrombotic diseases, so it can be inferred that there may be abnormal coagulation function in patients with adenomyopathy. At present, there are a wide range of factors involved in the change of coagulation function in patients with adenomyopathy, including estrogen level, uterine size, anemia, neovascularization, inflammatory factors, etc. All factors interact with each other to jointly promote the occurrence and progress of coagulation function changes in patients with adenomyopathy.
