红色文化资源是宝贵的精神和物质财富，是中华文化的重要组成部分。充分挖掘地方特色红色文化资源在高职院校的育人内涵和时代价值，运用红色文化蕴含的丰富精神内涵，呈现多样性物质形态形式。本文通过探究地方特色红色文化资源在高职院校的育人路径，有利于培养大学生的文化认同，为高职院校开展大学生思想政治教育提供有效载体；有利于高职院校坚持办学方向，实现立德树人目标，帮助大学生凝聚共识，铸牢思想政治文化根基，树立正确的价值观。
Red cultural resources are precious spiritual and material wealth and an important part of the advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. Fully explore the educational connotation and contemporary value of local red cultural resources in higher vocational colleges, and use the rich spiritual connotation contained in red culture to present diverse material forms. This article explores the education path of local red cultural resources in higher vocational colleges, which is conducive to cultivating the cultural identity of college students and providing an effective carrier for higher vocational colleges to carry out ideological and political education for college students; it is also helpful for higher vocational colleges to adhere to the direction of running schools and achieve their goals. The goal of cultivating people with virtue is to help college students build consensus, build a solid ideological, political and cultural foundation, and establish correct values.
