我国海洋环境保护法律体系的发展现状与未来展望

随着时代发展和社会进步，我国海洋环境问题日益突出。虽然已经实施了一系列保护措施，并初步建立起具有中国特色的海洋环境保护法律和管理体系，但与当前国际海洋环境发展趋势及其他发达沿海国家的海洋环境保护法律体系相比，我国仍有较大差距。我国海洋环境法律制度虽已初步形成，但仍存在诸多问题。2023年海洋环境保护法的再次修订反映了我国海洋环境保护法律体系的发展趋势，对未来海洋环境保护活动具有重大意义。本文将对我国海洋环境保护法律体系的发展现状进行分析，探讨海洋环境保护法律体系的发展趋势，并对如何进一步完善和发展我国海洋环境保护法律体系提出新的建议。
With the development of the times and social progress, China’s marine environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. Although a series of protection measures have been implemented and the marine environmental protection laws and management system with Chinese characteristics have been initially established, there is still a big gap in China compared with the current international development trend of marine environment and the marine environmental protection legal system of other developed coastal countries. Although China’s marine environment legal system has been initially taken shape, there are still many problems. The revision of the marine environmental protection law in 2023 reflects the development trend of China’s marine environmental protection law and is of great significance to the future marine environmental protection activities. This paper will make a comprehensive analysis of the implementation and existing problems of China’s marine protection law, discuss the development trend of the marine environmental protection law, and put forward new suggestions on how to further improve and develop the legal system of marine environmental protection in China.
