新时代师范院校“三全育人”平台构建的实践探索

Abstract:
近年来,师范院校对“三全育人”平台构建开展了有益探索和宏观研究,围绕师范院校“培养什么样的人”“如何培养人”以及“为谁培养人”这一根本问题展开激烈的讨论,取得了一定的成效,并取得持续发展的良好态势。但新时代背景下,师范院校的育人目标和培养模式有了新的发展需求,要求师范院校积极探索“三全育人”平台构建的实践,为我国师范院校育人工作开辟新道路。因此,本文着眼于当前师范院校推进“三全育人”平台构建中存在的问题,根据时代发展需求有针对性地提出新时代师范院校“三全育人”平台构建的可行性实践策略,有效提升师范院校的育人质量。
In recent years, normal colleges and universities have carried out beneficial exploration and macro research on the construction of the “three-pronged education” platform, and have launched fierce discussions on the fundamental issues of “what kind of people to train”, “how to train people” and “for whom to train people” in normal colleges, and have achieved certain results and achieved a good trend of sustainable development. However, under the background of the new era, the education goal and training mode of normal colleges have new development needs, which require normal colleges to actively explore the practice of “three-pronged education” platform construction, and open up a new way for the education work of normal colleges in our country. Therefore, this paper focuses on the existing problems in promoting the construction of the “three-pronged education” platform in normal colleges, and puts forward feasible practical strategies for the construction of the “three-pronged education” platform in normal colleges in the new era according to the development needs of the times, so as to effectively improve the education quality of normal colleges.
