城市更新背景下工业遗产保护与更新研究——以济宁山推总厂为例
Research on Protection and Renewal of Industrial Heritage in the Context of Urban Renewal—Taking Jining Shantui General Factory as an Example

近几年来，随着我国文化遗产保护工作的逐步加强，国家和地方相继颁布了关于工业遗产保护和更新利用的规划纲要。提出要深入发掘和健全工业遗产中的历史文化资源，丰富工业遗产的历史脉络和当代价值。在过去的一个世纪，济宁经历了工商业的迅猛发展，随着工业领域的升级和城市化进程的加速，传统工业区的发展逐渐趋缓，甚至呈现出停滞的状态，留下了众多具备保护和可再利用潜力的工业遗产。本文以城市更新为背景，以山推旧工业园区为平台。因地制宜地考虑区域要素，使工业遗产更新在空间定位上具有地域特色和文化价值，以现代化的理念和视角为工业遗产的保护利用提供全新的思路。
In recent years, with the gradual strengthening of the protection of cultural heritage in our country, the state and local governments have promulgated the planning outline on the protection, renewal and utilization of industrial heritage. It is suggested that the historical and cultural resources in the industrial heritage should be deeply explored and perfected to enrich the historical context and contemporary value of the industrial heritage. In the past century, Jining has experienced the rapid development of industry and commerce. With the upgrading of industrial fields and the acceleration of urbanization, the development of traditional industrial areas has gradually slowed down or even stagnated, leaving many industrial heritages with the potential to be protected and reused. This paper takes urban renewal as the background and Shantui Old Industrial Park as the platform. Considering regional factors according to local conditions, the renewal of industrial heritage has regional characteristics and cultural value in spatial orientation, and provides new ideas for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage with modern concepts and perspectives.
