Abstract:

目的:为研究农旅融合型乡村产业发展过程中公共空间建设内容商品化的成因。方法:文章引入空间生产理论及其三元辩证法模型,通过对江苏新沂宋庄乡村振兴项目进行实证分析,总结出农旅融合型乡村公共空间的生成路径。结果:研究发现,农旅融合型乡村公共空间建设内容是以投资者和消费者为代表的外部主体与以村民为代表的内部主体在空间生产过程中互相博弈的具象结果。结论:文章还梳理了乡村公共空间商品化的潜在风险,并提出建设策略,以期缓和农旅融合型乡村公共空间过度商品化问题,推进其可持续发展。
Objective: In order to study the causes of the commercialization of public space construction content in the process of rural industry development with the integration of agriculture and tourism. Method: This paper introduces the spatial production theory and its tripartite dialectic model, and summarizes the generation path of rural public space with the integration of agriculture and tourism through the empirical analysis of Songzhuang rural revitalization project in Xinyi, Jiangsu Province. Results: It is found that the content of rural public space construction is the concrete result of the mutual game between the external subjects represented by investors and consumers and the internal subjects represented by villagers in the process of spatial production. Conclusion: The paper also sorts out the potential risks of the commercialization of rural public space, and puts forward construction strategies, in order to alleviate the problem of excessive commercialization of rural public space with the integration of agriculture and tourism, and promote its sustainable development.
