随着我国城市发展进入“存量优化”的重要阶段，老旧住宅区公共空间成为城市更新的重要组成部分。近年来，随着时代的不断发展，城市中的老旧社区的数量有所增加，这些居住空间的普遍特性就是基本功能仍可继续使用但社区活力值以及居民参与感和公共设施机能有所欠缺。艺术文化与科学技术有效结合创造出来便捷又便利的美好社会。本文会从城市发展转型及参与式设计策略的融入，以人群行为活动为导向，进一步探索社区营造的新方式、新形势。从而促进社区营造进程及基层治理共同探索的新路径、推动城市发展的深远意义，以此为城市更新和社区营造与高校教学互动的创新思维带来启发。
As China’s urban development enters an important stage of stock optimization, public spaces in old residential areas have become an important component of urban renewal. In recent years, with the continuous development of the times, the number of old communities in cities has increased. The common characteristic of these residential spaces is that their basic functions can still be used, but the vitality of the community, the sense of participation of residents, and the functionality of public facilities are lacking. The effective combination of art, culture, and science and technology creates a convenient and beautiful society. This article will explore new ways and situations of community building through the integration of urban development transformation and participatory design strategies, guided by crowd behavior activities; thus promoting the process of community building and exploring new paths for grassroots governance, and promoting the profound significance of urban development, this will inspire innovative thinking for urban renewal, community building, and university teaching interaction.
