我国社区工作者研究热点与前沿态势——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

社区工作者作为实现基层治理现代化的关键力量，在学界引起了广泛关注。本研究以中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的231篇社区工作者相关的文献为研究对象，运用CiteSpace 5.5.R2软件进行可视化知识图谱分析，以探究社区工作者研究的热点与前沿态势。研究揭示，社区工作者研究领域的快速发展不仅映射了中国社会服务与社区治理的深刻变革，也反映了国家政策的引导作用。研究文献虽然数量逐年增加，但学术合作网络的密集度不高，亟需更多跨学科的深度交流与合作。研究热点集中在社区工作者的队伍建设、专业化发展和社区治理能力的提升等领域，同时，时间线图谱与关键词突现揭示了研究主题的多样性和前沿趋势，如技术治理、职业倦怠、新时代党建引领等议题成为新兴研究热点，反映了社区工作在现代化社会治理体系中的复杂性与重要性。结论及展望指出，未来研究应加强社区工作者职业发展、心理健康和工作满意度等方面的深入探讨，以及跨学科合作，利用数字化手段提升社区服务效能，构筑一个能够适应新时代挑战、具有高度适应性和韧性的社区治理体系。
Community workers, as a key force in achieving the modernization of grassroots governance, have attracted widespread attention in academia. This study examines 231 articles related to community workers included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, utilizing CiteSpace 5.5.R2 software for visual knowledge mapping analysis to explore the hotspots and frontier trends in the research of community workers. The study reveals that the rapid development of research in the field of community workers not only reflects the profound transformation of Chinese social services and community governance but also the guiding role of national policies. Although the number of research publications has steadily increased, the density of the academic collaborative network is low, indicating an urgent need for more in-depth interdisciplinary communication and cooperation. The research hotspots are concentrated in the areas of team building, professional development, and the enhancement of community governance capabilities of community workers. In addition, keyword clustering and timeline mapping have revealed the diversity and cutting-edge trends of research themes, such as technology governance, professional burnout, and the leading role of Party building in the new era, becoming new research hotspots and reflecting the complexity and significance of community work in the modern social governance system. The conclusion and outlook suggest that future research should deepen the exploration of the professional development, mental health, and job satisfaction of community workers, as well as interdisciplinary collaboration. Utilizing digital means to enhance the efficiency of community services and building a resilient community governance system that can adapt to the challenges of the new era are identified as key directions for future research.
