浅析马克思主义人学理论对高校思想政治教育的启示
A Brief Analysis of the Enlightenment of Marxist Human Theory to Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

马克思的人学思想是从“现实的个人”出发，以促进人的自由、全面发展为目标的，是关于人的本质、需要、价值和发展的一般规律性科学理论学说。思想政治教育作为培养和塑造人的重要实践活动，归根结底是以人为主体的实践活动。在考察当今的思想政治教育成果时，我们会发现，社会主义发展所需具备的思想道德水平与学生实际的思想道德水平之间仍然存在显著的差距。因此，本文在对马克思主义人学思想进行了深入哲学思考的基础上，以期揭示高校思想政治教育所面临的问题及其未来的发展路径。这不仅有助于我们更深入地理解马克思主义人学理论，同时也为提升高校思想政治教育的实际效果提供了有益的启示。
Marx’s humanology thought starts from the “real individual” and aims to promote the free and all-round development of human beings. It is a scientific theory of general laws about human nature, needs, values and development. Ideological and political education, as an important practice of cultivating and shaping human beings, is a practice of human subjects in the final analysis. When we examine the achievements of ideological and political education today, we will find that there is still a significant gap between the ideological and moral level required for socialist development and the actual ideological and moral level of students. Therefore, on the basis of deep philosophical thinking of Marxist humanistic thought, this paper aims to reveal the problems faced by ideological and political education in colleges and universities and its future development path. This not only helps us to understand the Marxist theory of human studies more deeply, but also provides useful enlightenment for improving the practical effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
