海冰消融对北极渔业法律框架的影响

Abstract:
本研究深入探讨了海冰消融对北极渔业法律框架有复杂影响。海冰减少导致资源重新分布，边界规划困难，生态系统受到威胁。这需要重视国际合作的重要性，提出建议加强国际协作机制、深入研究生态系统管理、推动科学研究与信息共享、加强区域性合作、强调多边主义。这为解决北极渔业法律问题提供了理论支持和实践指导。
This study provides an in-depth look at how the melting of sea ice has a complex impact on the legal framework of Arctic fisheries. Reduced sea ice leads to redistribution of resources, difficulties in boundary planning and threats to ecosystems. This requires attention to the importance of international cooperation, and recommendations are made to strengthen international collaborative mechanisms, conduct in-depth research on ecosystem management, promote scientific research and information sharing, strengthen regional cooperation, and emphasize multilateralism. This provides theoretical support and practical guidance for solving the legal problems of Arctic fisheries.
