进入数字时代，领导干部的数字素养和技能水平对数字政府建设至关重要，关注、培育和提升领导干部的数字领导力成为新时代重要课题。文章在其他学者研究的基础上，总结出数字领导力的结构和维度，探索出新时代基层干部提升数字领导力存在数字技术设备及平台缺乏，信息能力不高；数字敏感度偏弱，数字意识有待提高；教育培训停留在理论化，缺乏实战能力等困境，以此提出相应的基层干部数字领导力提升路径，为培育和强化基层干部数字领导力提供参考和启示。
In the digital age, the digital literacy and skill level of leaders are crucial for the construction of a digital government. Paying attention to, cultivating, and enhancing the digital leadership of leaders has become an important issue in the new era. Based on the research of other scholars, this article summarizes the structure and dimensions of digital leadership, and explores the lack of digital technology equipment and platforms, as well as low information capabilities, in enhancing digital leadership among grassroots cadres in the new era; There is also a weak sensitivity to numbers and a need to improve digital awareness; education and training remain theoretical and lack practical skills. Therefore, this article proposes corresponding paths to enhance digital leadership among grassroots cadres, providing reference and inspiration for cultivating and strengthening digital leadership among grassroots cadres.
