金融行业数字化转型对创新绩效的影响:知识广度和数字素养的作用

Abstract:
金融行业数字化转型已成为行业变革的关键驱动力。有研究已经关注到数字化转型的影响,但具体作用机制还未得到充分讨论。因此,本文探究金融行业数字化转型对企业创新绩效的影响,并深入研究了知识广度和数字素养在其中的中介和调节作用。研究使用了2011~2020年上市公司金融行业数据进行实证分析,结果显示:数字化转型对企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响,知识广度在数字化转型与企业创新绩效之间发挥了中介作用,数字素养在数字化转型、知识广度与企业创新绩效的关系中起到调节作用存在有中介的调节效应。本研究为金融行业企业在数字化时代取得可持续成功提供了有价值的参考。
Digital transformation in the financial sector has become a key driver of change in the industry. Some studies have focused on the impact of digital transformation, but the specific mechanism of action has not been fully discussed. Therefore, this paper explores the impact of digital transformation on firms’ innovation performance in the financial industry and delves into the mediating and moderating roles of knowledge breadth and digital literacy. We used the data of listed companies in the financial industry from 2011 to 2020 for empirical analysis, and the results show that: digital transformation has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance, knowledge breadth plays a mediating role between digital transformation and enterprise innovation performance, digital literacy plays a moderating role in the relationship between digital transformation, knowledge breadth and enterprise innovation performance there is a mediating moderating effect. This study provides a valuable reference for financial industry enterprises to achieve sustainable success in the digital era.
